Man Cave Fitout

What started as an empty room became something the family uses every day. We lined the walls in finished plywood, selecting the grain carefully so the space felt warm rather than industrial. The plywood was sealed properly, treated to handle the humidity that comes with a coastal location and the wear that comes with use.

The golf simulator went in with precision. The screen, the sensors, the hitting mat—all of it mounted and levelled so the thing works as it should. No wobble, no compromise. We ran the electrical work cleanly, hiding what needed hiding, leaving what needed visible accessible for maintenance.

Lighting mattered here. We installed it to make the space functional for play but also comfortable for sitting, for talking, for the kind of time that families actually spend together. The plywood walls picked up the light in a way that made the room feel larger than it was.

The mancave side came together with the same attention. A bar area with proper drainage, storage that's actually usable, seating arranged so people can watch the golf or just watch each other. We finished the floor in a material that handles spills and footsteps without complaint.
