Built with intention

We craft homes that reflect who you are, combining thoughtful design with meticulous execution.

Building on the Coromandel takes more than skill

Salt air, exposed sites, and challenging terrain demand builders who understand the land itself. We've spent years learning what works on the peninsula, building homes that endure the elements without sacrificing beauty.

New builds constructed entirely

We manage the complete journey from foundation through final details, building homes that stand as testaments to thoughtful construction.

Structural extensions with integrity

Adding to an existing home requires understanding its character and responding with additions that enhance rather than diminish.

Bespoke spaces built for living

Studios, kitchens, retreats—we craft individual spaces designed around how you actually inhabit your home.

Homes built from scratch

From foundation to finish, we construct new homes with precision and purpose.

Projects

Where architects and builders speak the same language

A good design means nothing if it can't be built properly. We work alongside architects from the start, translating vision into reality without compromise.

JA Built were engaged to build a separate accommodation to complete our overall house build. Although the project was relatively small, it involved a number of high-specification design elements that required careful attention. Jesse has a good eye for detail and was enthusiastic about creating a quality finish that reflected our vision and gave the building its own individual character.

Home renovation

We couldn’t be happier with the experience we had working with Jesse and the team at JA Built. If you’re looking for a builder in Whangamatā who genuinely cares about quality and getting the details right, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Home renovation / addition

We would definitely recommend Jesse (JA Built) to anyone looking for quality workmanship and a builder who takes pride in their work. Thanks again for doing such a great job!
