Mary Rd - In Progress

Designed by Nick Rowe Architecture, this new build on Mary Rd delivers an effortless transition between indoor living and the coastal landscape. The project centers around a sprawling, low-profile deck that bridges the gap between the main lounge and the outdoors. Given the harsh coastal environment, the engineering and material choices had to be flawless. Deep-anchored posts were engineered to withstand heavy coastal winds, while high-quality timber and stainless steel fixings were utilized to combat high moisture and eliminate the risk of rotting or rust streaks.
